Hessian Farm Vogelsberger v1.1.0.0

Hessian Farm Vogelsberger v1.1.0.0

The “Vogelsberger” is an old farm from the north of the Hessian state in Germany. Built between the years 1870-1920, it has already experienced a lot.

Changelog 1.1.0.0
– Improved: Lights on the house are no longer permanently on, but change throughout the day
– Improved: Bales in the Scaled Bale Storage were floating
– Improved: Changed incorrect information in the description
– Changed: The chickens in the house no longer need straw
– Changed: Eggs now spawn in a small shelter next to the building

In order to stay up to date, the courtyard has been renovated again and again and the buildings inside have been expanded. However, it still retained its old charm.
As depicted here, the farm is supposed to recreate a small farm in the 90s. The pack consists of 5 buildings:

1. The Farmhouse:
You can sleep here.
In the left area, the barn, chickens are kept. Of course, they can also go outside via a hatch and enjoy the fresh air.
Purchase price: 50.000$
Daily maintenance 30$ / day
Capacity: 30 chickens
– Feeding trough: On the left side of the building
– Straw: Likewise on the left door of the building. However, the straw trigger for small bales is located in the building

2. The Little Shed:
It is the oldest building on the farm.
This has the possibility to store small HD bales on the upper floors, as well as on the ground floor. However, due to its size, space is limited.
As well as the clearance size of the building. It must also be said that this is an original replica from the above-mentioned book and therefore also very old. (about 300 years from the original)
Purchase price: 19.000$
Daily maintenance: 10$ / day
A Second Version of it, which has been scaled to 130% is also available.
The Reason why i scaled it, is because then it can be better used in farming simulator
