Oat
- What you need: a harvester with the header for grain, seeder, cultivator
- How to use: it can be fed to horses and also, it can be used for composting (in order to do that you need to have a specific harvester).
- Specific features: this plant ends up in straw that you can pick up and either use it for your farm animals’ bedding or sell it. Afterwards, the animals will produce manure.
Barley

- How to use: it can be fed to pigs or chickens and also it can be used for composting (in order to do that you need to have a specific harvester).
- Specific features: this plant ends up in straw that you can pick up and either use it for your farm animals’ bedding or sell it. Afterwards, the animals will produce manure. This crop is the best source for chaff because it makes the largest yields.
