– Seasons Ready (Snow+Icicles)
– Toggleable Garage Workshop (With workshop trigger)
– Toggleable Workstation
– Outdoor Floodlights (Manually Activated)
– Firepit (With Trigger)
– Animated Door Handles
– Working Vehicle Lifts
– Custom Standing Seam Metal Roof
– Custom Okay Wave Decor (Trigger located outside breakroom underneath Security Camera)

Known Errors: When toggling Garage and Workstation u may get a Static Object Moved Warning in Developer Console. It does not affect anything functionality wise.
