Top Features We Want In Farming Simulator 22
If you’re a dedicated long-term player of the Farming Simulator series, you know all about waiting, and all about patience. It’s been several years between releases, and anxious gamers are already lining up the features they want to see in the future release – the Farming Simulator 22.
But what are the features that we can genuinely expect? And what are the features that we’re only slightly hopeful to see? Let’s have a look at the features that we are going to see (and the ones that we want).
Bigger maps
Bigger is better, right? Well, when it comes to maps, it absolutely is. With bigger maps, there are bigger opportunities to work and explore. So, what is FS22 going to do about all this?
Well, good news! It is very much expected that the current limit on map sizes is going to be lifted. Currently, the biggest the map can go is 400 ha. However, the future limit for maps is likely to be increased by three times – to 1200 ha.
More crops and animals
Even right now, the list of available crops to grow is pretty excellent. You can sow and grow crops such as grains, cotton, rice, as well as various types of fruits, and vegetables.
The same goes for the livestock that you can grow. There are many types of different animals out there!
However, the list of what can be done further is most certainly virtually endless. It would be excellent to see Giants expand on the traditional approach of Farming Simulator and go closer to the Equator, offering more crops and livestock non-traditional to the classic Western farmers. The more, the merrier, right?
Additional locations
This one goes very much hand in hand with the additional crops and livestock. While driving and running around the various European and American maps sure is fun, we would like to see the Farming Simulator 22 take on bigger challenges. There are big talks of a South China Sea archipelago map being available in the future game. Same way, we expect there to be more exciting, new locations.
